ANS: The Tenth Commandment is, “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, not his ox, not his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbors.”

63. What is the significance of the Tenth Commandment?

ANS: The Tenth Commandment forbids all discontent with our own estate, envying, grieving at the good of others, and all inordinate emotions or affections to anything of anyone that is theirs.
